When you come to Blue Gecko Estates, you will be dealing with me. I’ve spent the last eight years living and working in the Costa del Sol. I am a New Zealander, born and bred. I have a background in sales and marketing, stretching across multiple industries, including sports wholesaling (specialising in golf), toys and games distribution, recruitment agency management, software development and real estate. The job of the estate agent is to be the interface between buyers and sellers, and the marketplace as a whole. This requires communication and interaction with many parties, including but not limited to legal teams, promotional teams, marketing portals, other agents, mortgage advisors, surveyors, builders, notaries, currency managers, and the like.

Every sale or purchase is different. You have plans and you have a dream; our job is to ensure the process is smooth sailing. This requires some transparency and real discussions, which can sometimes be hard, especially as there is a lot of money at stake, but most of all, keeping it real and let’s face it, trying not to take ourselves too seriously as life is supposed to be fun. To me, this means consistent communication, a solid knowledge of the marketplace place and the right connections to help you achieve your goals. It helps that I have a passion for interior design, architecture and helping people create their ultimate living space!
